Jen, lovingly referred to as “the original” Jen, has worked for Waldo County Oil since January 2002. Jen handles everything involved with delivery dispatching, accounts receivable and personnel for the company. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her grandson, keeping her young at heart, 4-wheeling, beach days, and evenings out with friends.

Tanya has worked for Waldo County Oil since April 2011. Tanya started in the customer service position, spent the majority of her career as the service dispatcher, worked two years as the bookkeeper for Troy General Store and has been accounts payable for the oil office nearly three years now. When she is not in the office, she enjoys reading, watching the New England Patriots and Ohio State football with her “boys”, doing Cricut crafts with her daughter in law, playing with and reading to her granddaughter and getting cuddles with her new grandson, doing murder mystery games with friends and spending time at Kora Shrine events with her shrine family.

Jen has worked for Waldo County Oil since March 2022 in customer service. She is generally the first voice on the phone that will direct your call or assist you; or the first to greet you as you walk in our door. Jen assists all other office staff in daily operations and is crossed train to cover vacations for her fellow coworkers. In her spare time, she enjoys going to her son’s sports events, reading, puzzles, kayaking and camping as much as possible with family and friends.

Aimee has worked for Waldo County Oil since November 2023 in our service coordinator position. Being the newest member of our office staff hasn’t stopped Aimee from jumping in with both feet, she has been working diligently to get our service department caught up on installations and annual tune-ups. When she is not working, she enjoys nature photography and spending time with family.

Victoria has worked for Waldo County Oil since 2021. She has worked as customer service, service coordinator and filled in for accounts receivable during vacations. This summer she got to get her hands dirty, helping with the physical inventory count. Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, family and friends. Victoria is always good for a laugh.

Bernie began working in HVAC in 1993, he has worked for Waldo County Oil since September 2013. He joined us as a Service Technician. For the last few years, he has taken on the role of Salesman for our company and is the person you would meet with to establish a new propane account or to receive a price on any new equipment. When he is not at the office Bernie enjoys riding his snowmobile and his Harley motorcycle, four wheeling and camping with family, being part of many organizations such as Vassalboro & Oakland Masonic Lodges, Kora Temple, Kora Drifters, and the Elks Club.

Eric began working in HVAC in 1996. He has worked for Waldo County Oil since January 2015. Eric is on the majority of our installations of heating equipment, propane distribution, generators and heat pumps. When Eric is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, smoking meat, hunting, working in his garden, playing guitar and flying radio-controlled planes.

Corey began working for Waldo County Oil as an apprentice in June 2014, right after completing his degree at NTI. Corey is on many of our new installations, emergency service calls and does a lot of our heat pump service work. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, four wheeling, watching his daughter wrestle throughout New England, and raising livestock.

Dan has worked for Waldo County Oil & Propane since December 2020. You may see Dan for your Annual Tune-ups, Generator service or helping with installations. When Dan is not working, he enjoys spending time with his son, family and friends, fishing, snowboarding, and attending weekly pool nights.

Shane G. started working for Waldo County Oil in January 2024. With a mechanical background Shane is picking up everything quickly and is always eager to learn more. Shane will be on the majority of our Annual Tune-ups and generator service calls. When Shane is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, working on cars and eating crab rangoon.

Marc has worked for Waldo County Oil on and off for 30 years. He also spent 6 years of his career teaching an oil burner class in Hinkley. Marc is semi-retired now, he helps us with service work, training newer technicians, maintenance around the shop and delivering fuel as needed. Marc enjoys spending time with family and his beloved dog, fixing vehicles, riding his Harley, and being part of Vassalboro Masonic Lodge.

Travis P. has worked for Waldo County Oil since January 2024, doing varying work as an apprentice, shop and vehicle maintenance and a lot of heavy lifting. Travis is outdoorsy, enjoys stargazing and photography.

Billy has worked for Waldo County Oil since December of 1994, if you’ve ever bought oil from us, he’s likely delivered at some point over the years. Nowadays Bill’s primary delivery routes are to the many farms and commercial businesses we supply on and off-road diesel to. Bill’s experience gives him a knack for knowing who’s going to need a delivery, when! He’s always watching for weather and activity…when he sees those “honey wagons” rolling or chopping has begun he’s on top of keeping tanks full. When Bill is not working, he enjoys spending time with his son, his spoiled black lab Katie, hunting, four wheeling, and snowmobiling.

Jason started working for Waldo County Oil in April 2025.

Tom B. has worked for Waldo County Oil on and off for nearly 4 years. Tom delivers most of our propane these days, but will also be seen delivering oil and diesel. Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, being on the Unity Fire Department & Unity Ambulance, hunting and going to camp.
